Who leads the work
Maximillian D. Howell
Max brings an engineer's discipline to development. A graduate of Miami University of Ohio in Oxford, he holds a B.S. in Applied Science in Engineering Management (emphasis in Human Factors & Ergonomics) and a B.S. in Manufacturing Engineering (emphasis in LEAN Manufacturing Concepts & Techniques).
Since 2007 he has built real estate development, construction, and tax-credit experience using New Market Tax Credits, HUD financing, CDBG, Affordable Tax Credits, and HOME Funds. A leader in applying LEAN principles outside of traditional manufacturing, his background spans network and wireless engineering at Sprint, software development and consulting at Balance Innovations, and construction contracting.
